[WW] BiS 5.4

I was wondering if someone have came out with a list of BiS items for WW monk. Actually I'm wondering if there is one as there is no clear WW 5.4 build. Some people says taht crit>haste is good, and another that crit>mastery. So is it possible to figure out such list of BiS items for 5.4 WW monk? Or every item with no expertise and hit is BiS for us? Or maybe it depends which b uild will you choose? For example a BiS for build crit>mastery will be every item with crit and mastery and BIS for crit>haste will be every item with crit and haste?
