    Mostly kicks and strikes, besides the stances and forms (Kata's). Also a lot of physical training. Sometimes, we learn some tricks that involve grappling and such, but it's kinda rare. Which it was more often, though. Still, I'm just a green belt. Have a lot to learn and a lot to see

    Did BJJ/Sub Wrestling for 2,5 years a few years back.

    Might start again at some point... maybe!
