I don't know how it is in america, but "disrespecting a police officer" is not a crime and should never be treated as such. It's just a case of some asshole cop trying to act superior. Saying "murica" is not disrespectful, it sounds more like a grumble than anything else.

And no, it had nothing to do with your skin colour. It was all your attitude towards the cop. I.e. it was your fault. Take it as a lesson not to talk back to a police officer again.

He probably just pulled you over to warn you not to speed because it was dangerous. You then acted like an idiot and came over aggressive. He told you to step outside the car so he knows you aren't going to shoot him. He phones his superior, who tells him to let you go with a caution. He does so.
