Current progression:
- 10/13 hc Throne of Thunder

- 6/6 hc Mogu'shan Vaults
- 3/6 hc Heart of Fear
- 4/4 n Terrace of Endless Springs

Raid days:
Tuesday 20.00-24.00
The other day is not fixed, usually happens on Thursday or Monday. (sometimes on Wednesday or Sunday)

Who we are:
Our group consist of people whose common hobby is raiding, yet can not or do not want to invest more than 2 days each week into playing WoW. Most of our members have known each other and raided together for a long time (dating back as far as vanilla). We are a close-knit team, yet we always welcome new talent in our ranks! Even though we raid on a really light schedule, we take raiding seriously and want to see as much of the content as possible, including heroic mode.
While we strive to progress, the ultimate goal is to have fun together raiding. The whole group was made and exists because we want to raid casually while not suffering from Pugs. In 2 raids we can enjoy raiding as much as we want to, but our lives are more important.

Who are we looking for:
Like-minded people, who share our passion of raiding and aim to achieve good progression on a really light schedule. We also expect you to have some serious raiding experience and to know your class inside out (being able to play your off-spec(s) at a similar level as your main spec is a huge plus)! We are casuals regarding our time spent raiding, not the quality of our raids!

Currently recruiting
- A Warlock (must be able to play all specs at heroic raiding level)
- A Hunter

Note that these are full-time spots for long-term, not back-up or stand-by. Obviously we rotate people from fight-to-fight in order to have the best possible set-up while also taking into consideration who needs loot from that boss (especially true for farming).

What we expect from you:
- Near 100% attendance! With only 2 days of raiding and a small roster, we can not afford to have anyone missing.
- Be punctual! Again, with 2 days we do not have any time to waste. Being late can mean that you won't have a spot for the night.
- Be prepared! Read and digest the tactics and watch a video for upcoming boss fights! Be in front of the instance 10 minutes prior to raid start fully repaired, with enough flasks, potions and food to last you the whole raid!
- Contribute to tactics! Your ideas regarding your own role or even others' is always appreciated!
- Being able to listen and talk on TeamSpeak is a must.

Loot system:
- Rolling. Priority is: Member mainspec > Member prio-offspec > Trial mainspec > Member offspec. Passing when an item is a much bigger upgrade for someone else is highly recommended and common practice in our group. Sometimes we do a little "loot-counciling", reminding people to pass when the upgrade is much bigger for others, as we can't expect everyone to know each other's gear. Also if a trial is proving to be excellent, the same "loot council" might put him before the prioritised off-specs.
