4721 haste = 11.11% haste (should be 11.66% right?)

OK, switching to Holy. Got the renew glyph, and so the haste breakpoint that every site tells me to go for is 4721.
With this soft haste break-point, plus the 5% raid haste buff, it is supposed to equal 16.55% haste.... right?

But right now, with 4721 haste, my character is showing 11.11% haste. Adding this the 5% raid buff (which I have not got at the moment) then this would bring it up to only 16.11% haste.

So what am I missing? Why does 4721 not give me 11.55% like I expect?

The 5% haste buff is multiplicative with your haste % from gear so it does not just add 5%, thus you end up withe more than 16.11% haste.

1,1111*1,05=1,16655
This means, you have 16,655% haste in total, which is more than the 16,55% you need.
