New Raid guild comp LF advice

My 2 friends an i want to start a raid guild but the question is which role should we fill with our current toons

Friend 1 has : Mistweaver / Windwalker monk an a Ret / holy

Friend 2 has : Holy / Disc Priest

I have : Blood / Frost dk Prot / Ret Feral / Guardian

If each of us played one toon which toon an spec would be easier to fill a raid group around ? We all have ilev 515 for each spec

Don't underestimate Guardians coming into 5.4. Paladins are gonna see a pretty big difference with the nerf to battlehealer & sacred shield. They'll still be good but not as good as they were. Guardians are taking a 20% stamina buff which could be pretty good with some gear.

Guardians are definitely getting nice buffs, but Paladin/Brewmaster is still the "killer combo".
