[Question] Regarding Heroes their levels.

Greetings,

I was wondering how high a hero can get in level, and what the point of a hero being high is.
I just got my hero to level 20, and all i got is 1 passive bonus of +1 damage on beasts.

Is that all you can look forward to leveling a hero, or is there more goodies around it?

Also, any information if you can later in the beta progress, get different heroes then always the same from each class?
Like Warrior Garrosh or Varian?

A hero can go to level 50, and most of the reward for leveling a hero is getting Golden versions of basic cards.

There are no plans to introduce more heroes at the moment.

That's ashame, It's boring if every mage is the exact same mage, i like to feel more special hero wise
But we're still in the beta, you never know what happens.

I'm playing Rexxar and i'm pretty sure it said, all beast cards have +1 damage. (Might have read it wrong, but i'm 99% sure)

EDIT: Rex gets a timber wolf at level 20 so that was probably what you read and clicked off it too fast.

Heroes do not gain anything as they level, you get to unlock basic cards for the class, then golden versions the higher you go.

You probably unlocked a basic class card which gives all beasts +1 or something, there are some hunter cards which give beast buffs.

Timber Wolf has this buff on the card.



As does Unleash the hounds.



As does Darkspear Hunter

I've looked into my deck book, and i was wrong, i got a new upgraded wolf card as someone else mentioned. My bad =)
