Saving Killing Machine PRocs for Obliterate.

I try to save my killing machine procs for use with Obliterate assuming that I am not runic power capped.

Is this the best strategy for max dps with 2H frost or should I just be spamming Ffrost strike whenever I cant use obliterate to max my level 75 talent?

Any advice would be appreciated.
