Tier 15 LFR drop chance post 5.4

Did they mention anywhere that T15 LFR is getting a drop rate increase after 5.4 ?
T14 LFR got increased drops in gear and sigils when T15 got released to catch up alts but I see nothing about T15 LFR getting the same treatment.

I assume we are depending on the Epics that got reduced with -34% in VP price or the old ones that changed to justice points to catch up alts for SoO?

From the official patch notes:

The chance for awarding loot from kills or bonus rolls has been increased for Mogu'shan Vaults, Heart of Fear, Terrace of Endless Spring, and Throne of Thunder on Raid Finder difficulty.
The chance for awarding loot from using a bonus roll has been increased for Throne of Thunder on Normal difficulty.
