Legendary cloak for holy

Ok, so after checking latest patch notes I noticed that in desc. of leg cloak proc is that it increases our healing by 5% and makes all overhealing done redistributed up to 5 nearby players for 10sec.

My question is, if some1 managed to test it on PTR, does it also give IL e.g. I heal a tank with Divine Light for 200k, all is overheal and I make 100k absorb, 200k is redistributed to 5 nearby players and each is overhealed by 40k do they all get shields for 20k and so on....

Even if it's not like that, it's still rly usefull for 25m healing because of the player limit on HR & LoD

There is probably already a thread discussing the cloak to some degree, but overhealing distributed by the legendary does not proc mastery.
