Threat Plates problem

Smaller neutral mobs plates are visible but in the wrong place - high in the air and are pretty difficult to find. (Little turtles on the coast of timeless isle and critters in the proving grounds for example) Anybody know how to solve this?

Had the same problem for a week now, started with last TP patch before 5.4. Also selecting target by clicking on the plates isn't working which is why I had to turn of whole TP to be able to play.
