Saving/sharing scaled CM/proving grounds gear (sandbox mode perhaps)

Is there a site or addon that would save my gear set (with scaled values!) and let me export it somewhere? So, for example, I can show it to someone? Or even better, if only I could play with the setup and edit enchants/gemming/reforge to find best optimization before I apply it in game without wasting money on gems and reforges? I believe I saw a 'sandbox' mode site somewhere long time ago, but not sure if it exists plus I suppose it would have to allow me manually scale down the gear values.

I think WoWhead has a challenge mode checkbox for most gear now.
