Ok so our ele shaman, (who recently re-rolled from shadow priest) seems to pulling lower numbers compared to the rest of the dps. She does not have the legendary meta gem or cloak yet, but is 538 ilvl. If any of you guys could provide some imput into what exactly she needs to improve it'd be much appreciated.
