Is there a Bis list for arcane out yet?

Like the title says is there a Bis list for arcane out there because I would really like to know. I have passed on several trinkets bc I am unsure if they are better for me or another caster class. If anyone has a list I would be very happy to see it so I can start actually getting gear.
