Realm #1 Challenge Mode title question

Hey guys just a really quick question about Realm #1 CM titles as I'm sure one or two people in here have one.
Is it account-wide? Like if I hit 90 on one of my alts would I get the <Siegebreaker> title unlocked for him as well for having Realm #1 Niuzao run?

Wowhead says the title is account-wide, I just asked a player on my server who said it isn't so information is flaky and I was wondering if someone could test this on one of their alt 90s.

It isn't account wide. I have two of them and can only use them on my Hunter.
