What Spec in ilvl 496 gear

So i just dinged my lock and farmed the 496 gear in Timeless isle and justice points. What is the best spec at this level of gear. Cheers.

Assuming you only care about pve, go destro for now, but gear toward max mastery, and haste (that you reforge out of), so that once your gear catches up and you get meta gem, you can swap over to affi.
