Hey guys, can some of you great holy paladins help me, to improve my own holy paladin for the max output?

I can't find out, if i like mastery, or haste at the most maybe one of you could help me, figured out which one i should choose? and at which rating, i should perhaps stop stacking a stat?

Please use either the Fix My Heals thread or one of several open threads about stats in 5.4.
