Pet question

Hi everyone!
I was looking for a new pet to use and I came across the foxes tailspin attack and got confused:

Tailspin [Special Ability]

Instant
Your fox twirls its tail around, kicking up an obscuring cloud of dust,
causing all enemies within 10 yards to have their spell cast speed increased by 50%
[25% on player targets] for 10 sec.


Why does it say the enemy gets their spell cast increased? maybe I'm too dumb to understand thats a good thing, but would't it be bad for me?
or is this a spelling mistake or somthing? I just do not understand xD

The tooltip has been stupid for all of MoP, I believe. It makes it take longer for an enemy caster to get a spell with a cast time off, despite the way it reads.
