If you want to assign lore to it, then I guess the most plausible explanation would be the one that applies to all the Aspects. The dragons have lost their Titan powers, remaining with only basic powers of their colour. So in our case they need druids to help police/maintain the Emerald Dream and Ysera gave us a blessing to help out.

Druids have always been friendly with Ysera, she can give us a gift to us every now and then. I mean we help her out in many cases.

Just because it is called Ysera's gift does not mean it is literally a gift given from Ysera.

Apart of Joke actually Nordrasil is not the part of Emerald Dream and By the Lore malfurion learn the Druidism from Ceneraius and he is Son of the White Stag and yasera due to this thing druids have special belssings of yasera due to this close relation.

Druids have the closest connection with The Dream of any class, Ysera has the closest connection with The Dream of any aspect. There's nothing weird about it.

Ysera was the adoptive mother of Cenarius, (apparently goddesses like Elune do not breastfeed their own offspring),

she is basically the patroness of Druidism.

Yeah, but there's a pretty big difference between "helped do some thing with a tree once at some point" and "faithful service for several thousand years". No one expects rogues to be able to cast Guardian of Ancient Kings at will just because they did some quest for a paladin quest giver once.
