DK - Necrotic strike and the new 5.4 health bar changes

With 5.4 the new changes to the default health bar my arena partner is having trouble killing targets because due to the way necrotic strike works it shows his target on no to little health. Is there an option to turn it off?We have searched everywhere, googled the problem asked in trade and no one knows or is talking about it. Can anyone help or is also experiencing the same problems?

When it shows the glowing red bar at the 1% marker on their HP bar that means the necrotic strike debuff has exceeded their current health. The faded green bar is how much health they have left.

An alternative is to use an addon like NecroticTrack so you can see the absorb amount and know there's stacked necrotic on a target rather than just being on low hp?

Thanks for the responses guys, hes been playing around with addons and come up with sort of a solution. He also ticketed a GM and was told there is no way to turn this feature off just incase others wanted to know.

@Doctorfreeze, I don't think he can see any health. The target looks like it has no health so he has no idea when to use soul reaper and other things.

Then that is a bug because you should be pretty easily see how much health they have even if you have their whole health bar stacked in necros.

Is he using the default blizz frames? If so then another alternative is to use something like SUF where you can play around with (read disable) options like that.
