Not sure if this has been posted already but AS does not seem to change my haste rating on my character sheet. Not sure if I'm getting the 5% spell haste and its just an error on the character sheet.

It doesn't give haste rating.

For example, if you have 10,000 haste rating (23.53% spell haste), then your character sheet should say ((1.2353 * 1.05 * 1.05)-1)*100 = 36.19% spell haste (haste from haste rating * haste from spell haste buff * haste from AS).

Thank you for your help. For some reason I thought my numbers would increase but I see the % did. Been taking Elemental Mastery for so long was just seeing how close I could get to the nest haste break point.

I believe all haste rating modifiers are first added together. If you had both the raid haste buff and AS, it's really (1.2353 * (1+.05+.05) - 1)*100 = 35.88%. It should work that way for bloodlust, EM, and any other passive modifiers as well.
