Healing Absorbed Floating Combat Text?

So I was killing a Shardhorn in Sholo on my 80 twink mage (fire) and all of a sudden I see "13k Healing Absorbed" so I'm naturally like "WTF did someone just heal me?" I look around, no one is nearby and I check my combat log and no healing is shown, but I FOR SURE saw the text in green letters.

Anyone else experiencing this? A level 90 Paladin friend of mine said he also experienced this.

It's a new thing added in 5.4 so it shows you how much your absorbs absorb for.
