Titan Runestone Question?

So I am on my Last runestone and I have already killed Lei Shen on lfr and every boss in lfr and flex that is currently available. Can I still run a normal and have a chance or do I have to wait till next week.

You only get one chance per boss per week, regardless of which difficulty the boss was killed in. If you killed it in LFR, you won't get another chance in normal.
