Sims and my dps (Enhancement)

I was wondering how sims work.
After i looked at http://www.wowprogress.com/character...hondala#events i noticed how much dps i should do over the course of a 5 minute fight.

After i target dummy for roughly 6 minutes i ended up at about 110k dps, This was without any extra buffs like flask food or any raidbuffs.
Are the sims done with full raid/flask/food buffs or "empty" like i did the target dummy?

I would like to know if i am at roughly the dps lvl i should be or start looking for improvements for rotation and stuff.

i even out about 120kish on dummies and im simming at 160k atm

the simcraft sims can be set up to count for buffs and such or no buffs depending on your chosen options. my sims are with full raid buffs

Yeah, you have to consider raid buffs. Also, sims are good but you have to play consistent with the sim (rotation) for it to be accurate.
