Ret Help

Hey guys I'm switching from my windwalker monk to my ret pally for SoO progression with my guild (currently 6/14), I was trying to do Flex earlier this week and noticed my dps was really low, my pally is Traylivia at zuljin (can't post links yet) and was wondering if you guys could help me figure out what I've been doing wrong? Mostly been doing the rotation of 5Hp TV/inq (if its going to fall of) > HoW > exo > judgement > cs > tv (3hp) and using ES with engi gloves and feather when I can, been using wings on CD and saving GoAK to line them up the second time, anything I should change?
