Affliction Tier Questions

So is 4pc worth going for as affliction, regardless of it being trash the off pieces don't seem to be all the good either.

Helm - Easy tier choice being both haste/mastery
Gloves - Another easy tier choice being haste/mastery
Legs - [Leggings of Furious Flame] from juggernaut as our off piece being haste/mastery

Shoulders - Tier = Haste/Crit, or Mastery/Crit, Mastery/hit or Haste/hit.
Chest - Tier = Mastery/Crit, or Haste/Crit, Haste/Hit.

Now my question is even though the 4pc is kinda a joke, is it worth still gaining being that the off pieces are crazily ahead of the tier pieces?

Those in bold would be ideal but there is a lot of hit pieces...

4P is junky for Affliction but if you're talking about progression wise chances of you getting a HWF piece to replace the tier pieces early on are pretty slim so going for 4P will be worthwhile.

Overall though Helm/Gloves for 2P and then pick your poison for the Shoulders/Legs and Chest offpieces depending on what gear you have or want to have for end-game since there are a few different choices.
