Is the ICD of Purified Bindings of Immerseus proccing with Curse of Elements for anyone else?
It's a bit frustrating and sometimes messes with my opener.

Haven't really noticed. Playing Demo it seems to work great, procs usually before UVLS.

I was wondering this, 1 second with a 20 sec buff shouldn't really mess you up with any spec.

I intentionally coe even when I don't need to because the thing loves to not proc on the opener and uvls's window is so freaking tiny.
It doesn't proc on damage, it procs on offensive spell casts which is why it procs on coe. It's also why its annoying as hell for aff since we have so few actual casts in our rotation.

Because the whole idea of the Demo opener is to delay player dmg as long as possible to take full advantage of UVLS. It's annoying that I lose out on a few seconds of the Bindings proc, that's all. Originally Posted by Last Starfighter
