Would it be worth taking Frenzied Crystal(N) over (TFN)Breath or (H)Wushoolay's? I know for cleave it is but I'm talking pure single target. Dont have sim-c avail at work so don't tell me to sim im ^_^

Frenzied Crystal won't proc on single target.

Frenzied Crystal won't proc on single target.

It will proc the int buff (which also happens to have shorter icd than purified bindings)
