About Us
Risen EU are a semi-hardcore progressive raiding guild. This means that we take our raiding seriously and have high expectations of all raiders. Our primary focus is to create and maintain an atmosphere of skilled raiders who compete on a high level despite having a limited raiding schedule. To achieve this, we recruit players and evaluate them based on skill, teamwork, and commitment.
Raid Team
We strive to have and maintain 13-15 members for our raid force. Although we expect everyone to maintain decent attendance we do also understand that sometimes, things just cannot be avoided.
The guild will not remove you from a raid or from the guild for making a single mistake. However, you must be able to take feedback constructively, and always work to improve your class and your playability at all times. We often sit people out to maximize our setup and we rotate players during farm to maximize loot. If you can not handle sitting out or being rotated, please do not apply.
Drama over loot or being replaced in a raid is unacceptable.

Exceptional applications always considered.
The trial period can last between 2-4 weeks depending on performance. We do however have the ability to end it whenever we feel necessary. The decision will be based on how well you respond to the guild, how you perform in raids and just your general attitude.
Raids are subject to extension during progression but will never continue longer than an hour after the scheduled finishing time.
** Raid is non-essential. It's on the calendar and with enough signs, will go ahead for extra progress if possible.
What We Expect
- Attendance - Real life happens, people here have jobs, families,and other commitments. However, if you are going to be absent, posting is an ABSOLUTE requirement. This also includes being late.
- Skill - We expect you to not repeat mistakes. It's also expected that you constantly strive to better yourself and learn the ins and outs of your class.
- Dedication - We're a group of friends. If you join, hopefully you'll become one too. We don't expect you to join, gear up and then leave us.
You must also be able to use Teamspeak. Microphones are borderline essential (Exceptions are made) for us to communicate and maximise our raids efficiency. It's also required that you are fluent in English.
