SoO Best spec, SV or BM by boss?

With 4 set survival on all fights, but all specs are viable.

So with Norushen HC not being a burn fight anymore, how do you guys feel about it? We had our first kill tonight, and to me Survival seemed superior. I'm pretty much 95% on add duty until the last ~2 minutes of boss burn, and as BM it just took too long for the pet to reach the constant new targets.
