I am currently using 548 PBI and 530 Wush's and just got flexi (540) KTT from Dark-sham to, I'm thinking I will be swapping out Wush's for it. (Destruction/Affclition) But not to sure because of the stat loss from Wush's.

For which spec? For destro, absolutely. For affliction, use KTT and Wush

I would think the trinket would be subject to higher RNG with Destro as it would for Affliction. The gap between a Chaos Bolt and Incin, Conflag, Immo hit is a lot larger than that between Agony, UA, or Corr tick. Affliction will likely be more smoothed out due to more smaller procs where as detro could sway greatly depending on what procs the trinket.

afaik, the bindings actually edges out on KTT once you're at around 560ish ilvl due to the stat bloat and due to the benefit of its proc that almost always allowd you to use DS during that proc, but pre-ilvl 560 KTT is definately better.

This is not necessarily true — all three trinkets are good but you're probably looking more towards 570 ilvl before bindings takes the lead.
