Hey, 540 Ret Paladin looking to trying to get back into raiding. My server has slowly been dying out and I took a break during 5.3 and managed to scrub up 5/13 H experience during T15.

I'm a very active player, working from home on my own schedule so I can raid whenever I choose to.

Simple Math of Andorhal needs a paladin for a full-time 25-man raiding position. We raid Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-12:00am EST. We have completed 6/14 heroic Tier 16 normal modes, 13/13 tier 15 heroic modes, and 16/16 tier 14 heroic modes.

We are a 7-year-old guild started in 2006 who has every server first on Andorhal since Karazhan. Most members of Simple Math have been active raiders for a year or more. This is one of the most stable guilds you'll find anywhere.

***Who we are***
Six months ago this raid team was just an idea. The guild <Seraph> of US-Malganis had a stable, and successful raid, but there were others in the guild who wanted to raid. Who wanted to be part of something big, but were not part of the raid. Thus the guild started a second 25-man group, full of alts of the main raiders and those whom were not part of the main raid. This group continued to become bigger, and more main characters joined the raid that would come to be known as Spaceball One.We now enter Siege of Orgrimmar as our own group and we plan to progress through the content. This is a heroic progression group with a great bunch of like-minded individuals. The goal is to kill bosses while having fun but also progressing , because there lies the fun of raiding,

Raid times:
We raid 11pm to 2 am CST Tuesday and Wednesday nights. There are make-up raid nights on Monday if we have spent a whole night learning on a heroic fight and need to push out farm content to keep gear flowing.

Progression:
11/14 SoO 25 man

Purple Distribution: We distribute loot with an addon called EPGP Lootmaster to facilitate and fasten the way the loot is done. We also believe it to be more efficient than Loot Council since that usually leads to pointless debates and fights.

Expectations

As a raiding guild that raids only a few days a week, we need to make good use of our time. We do not expect you to miss important real life events, and we understand people have lives, however, we do expect you to be as consistent as possible and expect that you will contribute to making good use of raid time by always being responsible in using that time. This includes but is not limited to:

-Having raid awareness.
-Being on time for raids. Being on time is being 15 minutes early.
-Using your in-game calendar to accept/decline raid invites. If you're going to miss a raid or be late to one, be respectful and post on the attendance forum with as much notice as possible. Other people are counting on you.
-Being vocal. Use your mic, call your cooldowns, etc.
-Being a team player.
-Being competitive. Take pride in your gear, know your class and your gear/enchant/gem strategy inside and out.
-Performing when it matters. Sometimes performing is not performing at all. Some boss encounters are not about pulling big numbers, or aoeing everything in sight trying to squeeze out extra dps. They're about mechanics, and doing the mechanics right.
-Quick wipe recovery. Don't lay on the floor waiting for someone else to res you. Get back in there, buff up, and go again.
-Studying and understanding boss encounters. If possible, know the mechanics of encounters from other class/role perspectives.
-Being mature. Please do not whine about loot, or after hours of wiping. We're fair about loot, and wiping happens.

<Who is John Galt?> is a Horde 25-man Raiding Guild. The guild is comprised of raiders from all walks of life, and from all raiding backgrounds, who all strive and push each other to the next level to bring down bosses.
