Siege heroics - 2 or 3 healers?

Now that we're a few weeks into Siege, are people using 2 or 3 healers for most bosses? Any particular bosses that you feel are easier with 3 healers?

Up to Iron Juggernaut every Encounter is 2 healable, but we do Immerseus with 3 Healers.

It depends on the fight and how much damage output your raid does. Our guild has a lot of damage dealing healers (i.e. Disc Priests, MW Monk) so on some fights we can afford bringing in an extra healer. It honestly just depends on the skill level of your guild and your raid composition.
