Rofl. Do you think that the CHOICE to cheat is what invalidates competitors? It's the advantage that invalidates it. If their trainer started spiking their drinks or whatever without telling them, they would still get DQed.
So are players with GM powers who can fly around and cast touch of death on anything they want. If one of them posted up a screenshot of the boss dead, would we be expected to take that as part of the race with US/EU?
What part of they are not cheating do you not understand? As for players with GM powers I have no clue what you're on about.

If I bought all my computer parts from the puppy section, how decent would my pc be? (sorry, don't know much about gaming pcs, looking into building my first one)
I would say that this is dependant on what games you are interested in, what settings and at what resolution. Would it handle 25 man heroic raiding as well as the others? Probably not; I'd recommend an i3 from Intel and appropriate motherboard (2000-series use a h60-series motherboard, 3000-series use a h70-series and 4000-series want a h80-series) instead. Make sure it's an mATX motherboard though and you can instead forsake the cooler (hyper 212).
For any other gaming and other raiding in wow, it's very decent at 1680x1050 and below and decent-for-the-budget gaming rig at 1080p
