<Competence> is a weekend, semi-hardcore, tight knit, 10 man raiding group on Mal'ganis. We maintain a semi-hardcore schedule and only raid 12 hours a week. The most common things look for in a guild they want to call home is current openings, current progression, and raid times. In addition to our 3-night 25 man niche, here are some of the reasons why <The Church> should be a place you can call home.
ACCURATE SCHEDULE - Our raids end on time. We make the commitment to start and end the raids on time because we know you want to get as much content complete as possible without interfering with sleep schedules or other commitments you have outside of the game.
STELLAR PLAYERS - All of our players come prepared to raid. We do not bring players who need to be carried. There is no drama pushing people away. Everyone takes the extra time to research all encounters and class mechanics to excel.
NO RECRUITING FOR BENCH - Our players come to raid and that is exactly what they do. We value every member of our team. Sometimes other guilds recruit an openings and only allow new recruits access to one or two fights. Our goal is to have recruits engage all content as often as possible.
FUN GUILD - We find the balance between staying focused in raids and having a light hearted fun time. We all want to enjoy the game, make good progression, and make new friends. We are a mature, we are pleasant to be around, and there is always a character or two online to make you smile.

Capital Vices is a Heroic progression guild on US-Eredar (Vindication/Chicago Datacenter). While many guilds come and go, CV has been clearing 25man content and steadily rising in rank for over 4 years without pause, a record of stability and success that we believe speaks for itself. Wednesdays are used on occasion for up to 1 hour of raiding to test boss strategies or clean up farm bosses left over from Tuesday.
It is common for us to go up to 30 minutes over raid time when we feel the extra time will get us a kill or we feel it essential to practice with a specific mechanic.
Why should you raid with Shade?
Several members of our roster are former bleeding edge progression raiders and our goal in SoA is to continue that strive for excellence by competing for realm firsts and Cutting Edge Feats of Strength.
Past Raiding Success: Shade finished WoLK in top 90 US Strict 10 and has continued that tradition of excellence. The last 3 tiers we have finished: T13 332 (1.59%), T14 48th (0.42%), and T15 57th (0.46%) US 10 man. We only raid 12-14 hours a week, but are still highly competitive with 4+ day a week raiding guilds within that time frame. Stability: SoA has been a guild for 8 years. We are a mature guild with the average age of our raiding core being in their late 20’s. We conduct a respectful and productive raid environment, while still keeping it friendly.
Competitiveness: Everyone in our raid core (DPS, healers, and tanks) parse among the best in their class and spec. All of our raiders are competitive on the world stage and strive to prove it every week. If you share this dedication to excellence <Shade of Arrows> may be the right place for you.
What do we expect from you as a raider?
Attendance: We are a 10 man guild and every raider is important. You are expected to fill a role, and we need you at raids to do that. We expect raiders to have a near perfect attendance rate over the course of the month. On an average month this means you are expected to miss no more than 1.5 raiding days.
Preparation: The guild does provide feasts and potions to raiders during progression, but we expect you to do your preparation for the raid on your own and before raid time. If you need to research how a specific mechanic/fight works, how to improve your play, or if you like to PVP, we expect that to be done on your own time.
Communication: Good communication between raiders is essential. If you cannot speak with other people, or are not prepared to use vent during the raid, you cannot adequately perform as a 10 man raider.
<The Replacements> is currently an 8/14 Heroic (previously 13/13 Heroic ToT) 10 man guild that raids on Tuesday / Thursday / Sunday from 8:30 to 11:30 Eastern. We're in high need of a top tier healer that is able to communicate and 2 heal when needed (prefer Druid or Priest). We also wouldn't be opposed to upgrading at the tanking or DPS positions if any exceptional players are out there (especially a Warrior). We have a strong and longstanding core, and with a solid final healer we can continue our progression in Seige of Orgrimmar. 550+ iLvL and the Legendary Cloak at the least at this point.

Loot Distribution: Progression oriented. In general, tanks have priority over dps and dps have priority over healers, but this is flexible.
Guild Info:
Zero is is a newly formed Horde guild created in tier 15 comprised of players who came from top guilds. We are primarily a raiding guild, focusing on creating a strong, positive, and friendly raid environment. We were able to accomplish H10/13 before the nerf. A few of our players at guild conception were fresh 90s. Our very low drama guild strives to uphold a respectable reputation on our server. We are a mature group of adults that share a common interest in having a good time while progressing through the challenges of WoW. Outside of our main raid we keep active by doing regular flex raids, challenge mode runs, and occasional alt runs. In the future we hope to fully clear SoO and move towards a potential 25 man guild in the next expansion.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for mature players that are focused on defeating all of the current relevant raids on heroic mode. You must be able to play comfortably at the level required to fully clear the raid instance. Being self-motivated, continuously striving to better your play, keeping calm during progression times, and an ability to learn from your mistakes are the qualities our players have and are what we are looking for in you. We expect all players to actively read strats, watch videos, and to ask questions of other guild members if they are not familiar with anything. We think is is important to be a team player and remember that the raid progressing is more important than any personal meter you may be running.
What we have to offer:
While we do expect players to strive to do the best they can, we know that it is the little things that make the difference. We are a pretty stable guild with a solid core of players that have extremely low drama. We provide a dedicated progression environment that is both competitive and rewarding. Our guild leaders considers their position as one of service rather than power and always have an open ear to comments and suggestions any member may have. Free guild repairs, flasks, and noodle carts are provided for every raid. We like rewarding our dedicated players who show up putting effort and care into their classes and the guild as a whole.
The Requiem started out as one of Magtheridon's stronger Vanilla raiding guilds but died out for a while. In mid-Wrath it was recreated by one of its original members as a 10 man guild. It has since become a strong 25 man guild now progressing in heroic raid content, with a core team of raiders that has been raiding together since tier 5 content in The Burning Crusade.

We are a serious raiding guild, but we also value things like sleep and sanity. We love to progress, but not at the cost of burning out. Our core group is dedicated and very knowledgeable who have adjusted their own busy schedules in order to raid - we are not interested in wasting our time (or yours) several nights a week screwing around.
We do expect people to be on time and have consistent attendance. While working on hardmodes, it is very important to maintain continuity from night to night. We definitely take into account people’s work schedules and real-life emergencies, but would appreciate you being able to make a large majority of these raid times, or letting us know in advance if you won’t be able to attend.
We believe everyone should be looking for those little ways to maximize their character’s potential, no matter what role they fulfill in the raid. We are looking for dedicated, skilled players that are proactive about doing this- and asking if they need assistance. We want you to perform in raids, as an individual and as part of a team, but a positive learning attitude goes a long way, too.

Class Needs:
We're currently recruiting any skilled DPS and healers. High priority on boomkins, ferals, mages, warriors, and warlocks, with extremely low priority on rogues and hunters.
Other exceptional applications will always be considered. Spots are based on skill alone.
Loot:
Loot is currently distributed through loot council. Players who play exceptionally well for their class will notice increased amounts of gear coming their way. Additionally, those players who are communicative when necessary and reliable when needed will see increased loot.
Recruitment:
Baddies will continue to constantly recruit skilled players to reinforce our roster, but we will never invite you just to sit on the bench. However, raiders should be comfortable with the idea that we do routinely rotate our raiders based on comp.
We expect any potential recruits to be extremely skilled in the class they're applying on. You should be available to raid at a near 100% attendance ratio.
