Unfortunately i just can't seem to catch a break and i find myself here again. i'm a top tier resto shaman seeking a heroic progressing and stable home for SoO. I'm looking for a FULL time raid spot as i consider myself to be a top 5 resto shaman U.S. i'm very good at what i do. Good ranks and parses blah blah, all that good stuff. GREATLY prefer 10man but wouldn't be opposed to a 25 if the offers right. a paid xfer would be absolutely lovely and a huge plus.

Simple Math of Andorhal needs a shaman for a full-time 25-man raiding position. We raid Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-12:00am EST. We have completed 8/14 heroic Tier 16 normal modes, 13/13 tier 15 heroic modes, and 16/16 tier 14 heroic modes.

We are a 7-year-old guild started in 2006 who has every server first on Andorhal since Karazhan. Most members of Simple Math have been active raiders for a year or more. This is one of the most stable guilds you'll find anywhere.

We're a new team that had to recover a gear gulf at the beginning of this patch. So yeah we're still at 10/14, but the core talent and progression mentality is there, we run an efficient show - I use Hermes to ensure Raid CDs are used in an efficient manner and our RL is not afraid to call people out for their mistake to ensure accountability is there. I've already committed to promoting 8 people whose talent, dedication and preparation I believe in, and I can honestly say we're just 1 or 2 pieces away.

This would be for a core position that will see 80%+ playtime right off the bat.

Reckless Abandon is a new 10M Semi-HC raiding guild on US-Kel'Thuzad with an experienced leadership core.

For the week of 9/24, we got 10/14 down despite starting the tier with an average ~520 ilvl.

What we offer:
It will be our goal to put ourselves on the map in our first tier together, and be pushing for a heroic clear in our second. The Requiem started out as one of Magtheridon's stronger Vanilla raiding guilds but died out for a while. In mid-Wrath it was recreated by one of its original members as a 10 man guild. We are a serious raiding guild, but we also value things like sleep and sanity. We love to progress, but not at the cost of burning out. Our core group is dedicated and very knowledgeable who have adjusted their own busy schedules in order to raid - we are not interested in wasting our time (or yours) several nights a week screwing around.

We do expect people to be on time and have consistent attendance. While working on hardmodes, it is very important to maintain continuity from night to night. We definitely take into account people’s work schedules and real-life emergencies, but would appreciate you being able to make a large majority of these raid times, or letting us know in advance if you won’t be able to attend.

We believe everyone should be looking for those little ways to maximize their character’s potential, no matter what role they fulfill in the raid. We are currently in need of a few exceptional players.

Our guild originated over 8 years ago and quickly grew into a progressive 25 man guild. Through the years, we have maintained a solid core of talented and knowledgeable players. Our members enjoy pushing for solid progression during our short nine hour raid week. We know that people have other interests and responsibilities outside of WOW, and prefer not to devote endless hours to raiding.

Several of us have experienced being part of cutting edge, top 100 guilds, but our guild has a great balance between competitive progression and a laid back atmosphere. During raids everyone is helpful, encouraging, open to new ideas, and strategy suggestions.

Outside of raid time, we are a pretty social guild. In addition to our 25 man team, we run a flex raid on Fri/Sat nights (not recruiting for this). Many of us also regularly help each other gear up alts, complete challenge modes, and PVP.
