    Whatever happened to Occupy?

Haven't heard much of anything from them lately.

It died because they had no cohesive message, no plan, and people decided to move on.

They didn't even know what they were fighting for or what was causing their problems. Personally, I think OWS was co-opted from the start. Maybe if they'd protested the Federal Reserve Bank they woulda gotten somewhere, lol. Still doubt it though.

Well imho, all the little radicals realized they had spent months sitting in all kinds of weather, making huge litter messes, and barking about "the one percent" when they had no idea WTF they were talking about. Maybe they realized no one is going to hand them money, they never earned, and that what they were preaching is socialist dogma.
Or maybe they came to the realization, no one gave a damn about their so called cause.

They probably either got jobs or realised what hypocrites they were for cursing the corporate machine whilst recording their pseudo-activism on their iPad, drinking Starbucks and posting about how top awesome it was on their blog.

In short: Bunch of hipsters pissed off that they weren't around in the 70's to be angry at 'the man' so desperate to be a part of something, they decided to go with the incoherent babble of halfwits.

50% were homeless people from the beginning who just went there because people were bringing lots of food.

45% were just tourists and locals who stopped by to see what all the fuss was about.

4% were DNC and paid organizers who were just there because it was their job

1% were really angry about the 1% who make a lot of money.

And they lost a lot of public opinion with the whole Zucotti Park thing... and the violence in their camps. And the marches without permits.

Say what you will about the Tea Party, their shit never goes anywhere near that far south.

When you can ask 50 Occupy members the same question and get 50 different answers, you know you don't have a serious movement.

I think winter happened and they all went indoors, then never came out again.

If that were the case they would have lasted about 30 minutes.

They couldn't find backers like the tea party found in the Koch brothers.
It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shakes, the shakes become a warning.

I see what you did there,

But to add on to that (as if you were serious), that's the point the 'movement' digressed into more dilution/violence/starvation as more and more people appeared for whatever reason just to be part of a crowd and it got bad fast.
