Streaming TV Channel live on internet

Hi,

I would like to stream a channel from my TV into my website, my country is playing some matches that I would like to upload for European viewers, I have asked the channel owners to create a live stream, but they couldn't do it as the internet speed in my homeland is very slow. So they've allowed me to upload it from Denmark.

According to speedtest.net, I've a 20Mbps download and 17,6Mpbs upload connection, which should be good enough for the purpose. I would like to upload the stream through ukcast.tv so that i can restrict the embedded code only to mine and the channels domain.

I get my stream through a box connected to the internet, the box has uploaded their channels somewhere from Asia or US.

What kind of hardware would I need to upload the stream from my TV screen to Ukcast website?

well, any off the shelf capture card or box designed for game streaming would work, also, check your laws on the legality of streaming TV
