537 Holy Pally lf guild, 4/13H last tier

Ex Guild Leader / Raid Leader looking for a raiding guild.

Semi-Hardcore/Friendly would be ideal. And I don't mean "friendly" as in a guild that doesn't criticize during raid, I meant a friendly guild and that plays outside of raid and is active.

My last guild stopped raiding about 2 months ago, it was mostly friends and over time people were not interested in WoW raiding anymore. We decided to call it quits, I haven't raided since pretty much and have no SoO exp. That said I know my class very well and I research a ton on fights, including WoL, I'm always fully prepared before I enter a raid, knowing exactly what I'm going to be dealing with. My guild raided since the start of MoP and I did not miss a raid once, I always come with flasks/pots whatever I need

In terms of schedule, I'm pretty open to anything after 6 CST, anyday. Have mic and use it, never had net problems during a raid in MoP (knock on wood), and can contact the guild if I would ever be late.

add me or reply here bajwa#1348

Unkempt is a level 25 10-man raiding guild of Silvermoon (4/14N SoO). We are always looking for heroic ready gamers eager to contribute to our progression through the new expansion so any class feel free to apply. We also currently have limited recruitment open for other individuals who are looking for a more social atmosphere, to make new friends or those who can't fully commit to the raid schedule but are interested in being an alternate. We're a very welcoming and nurturing guild with skilled, knowledgeable, helpful and morally skewed members. For more information please check Raid Info in the forums. BTW, Beware the firing gnome officer!

    Currently Recruiting (ilvl 520+):
    1 Rogue
3 range dps (Aff or Demo Warlock, Mage, and a Ele Shaman)
1 healer (non Shammy or Pally)

    Raid Days:
    Tuesday 5:30-8:30 PST
    Thursday 5:30-8:30 PST
    Sunday 5:30-8:30 PST

    Loot System: EPGP

Guild Ranks: As a reward to Raiders with high attendance we have implemented guild ranks with our loot system. Guild rank is determined by performance, attendance (EP) and attitude.

    Trial Rank
    - Must be properly geared/gemmed/enchanted/glyphed/specced
    - Must know the encounters and strats
    - Must have a good attitude the majority of the time
    - Must follow all the requirements
    - Must have good performance
    - Must usually be ready for raid before raid starts
    - Must usually be at the entrance of the raid 5 minutes before start time
    * Invites according to raid composition

There will be about a 4-5 week trial. During these 4-5 weeks you will constantly be looked at after each raid. Your combat log reports will be scrutinized; your gear, spec, enchants, gems, and experience will be questioned. Upon completion of the trial period you will be either promoted to raider rank, encouraged to make the changes needed to be a contributor to our team, or be declined a raiding position all together. However, if you are not performing, not following the requirements and systems, or have a bad attitude, your trial may end earlier.

    Attendance:
We expect everyone to maintain a 90%+ raid attendance. Missing a raid cause of IRL emergency is fine but "don't feel like raiding tonight" doesn't cut it. We want players who want to raid, who itch to log on to kill some new bosses or grind some old ones and just hang out with the guild.

    Team play:
It really isn't about you. It's about the team. You need to be the type of person that can take one for the team and sit out for a fight/night, respec or something similar if necessary. Team play is key for us and is something we require. We don't give in to crybabies only thinking about themselves. We want players who understand that the game isn't a single player game.

    Communication:
You are expected to listen, be fully attentive when assignments are given out for each encounter during a raid. We also expect you to be vocal and acknowledge us when you're assigned a specific task, we don't like talking to ourselves. Each player needs to be able to communicate with the raid to let us know what's important. That means you have a mic and will use it.

    Rustlemania
    Nordrassil (PvE - PST)
    rustlemania.guildlaunch.com

    About us
Rustlemania is an established 10-man raiding guild located on the realm Nordrassil. We believe that it is possible to progress through content on a relatively light raid schedule (12 hours/week) in a relaxed, positive environment. We expect a high level of play from all our members and a personality that meshes well with the rest of the guild. We raid Tuesday - Thursday, from 6:30PM - 10:30PM PST and distribute loot through /roll (seriously).

    What we expect from you
We are looking for applicants with the drive to perform at their best on every pull and a desire to improve themselves from week to week. Because we keep such a light schedule, it is imperative that you can learn from your mistakes and correct them quickly, as well as be able to maintain 100% attendance (or close to it). We want raiders who will be committed, vocal, can handle criticism well and are willing to sit on a fight when needed.

While, ideally, applicants' gear and experience should be similar to our own, we understand that sometimes people can feel they've been held back by their current or former guilds and are ready to take the next step. If this is you, we expect you to demonstrate above-average knowledge of your class, spec, and encounters in the current tier.

    Current Progression
    T16: 14/14N
    T15: 12/12N, 11/13H
    T14: 16/16N, 16/16H

    Current needs
Now considering all classes and specs - heavy emphasis on a skilled healer.

    Contacts
If you have any questions, feel free to contact any member of the guild in-game, or add Dein#1115 or Dragonala#1863.
