FC3:Blood Dragon, Assassin's Creed III and Skyrim, on a pc, using a Siberia V2 USB-Headset.

You're using a USB headset that has it's own driver, so this shouldn't be utilizing your integrated sound card, so we can rule out the RealTek audio issue with Skyrim, although Skyrim's the only game I'm aware of that has serious issues with RealTek audio devices.

I would just google your headset + low sound, if you haven't already, post on official forums, or keep searching.

Skyrim is the reason I abandoned my integrated RealTek chipset and put back in my X-Fi (which I removed since I thought it was too close to my GPU)

Make sure Skyrim is turned up in the Windows Volume Mixer, accessed by click the speakerphone on your task bar.

Btw, I also use Logitech Speakers and with those it's the same as the headset, Normal Game Sound, But No/Low Game Voice Sound.

Also I played Skyrim again, when someone talks in general I can hear it, but if i'm in a conversation I can't hear what that person is saying.
