Balance Druid Trinket choices

Hello,

I have difficulty choosing my trinkets, at the moment there hasnt been dropped any trinket in SoO normal / heroic so i decided to farm some Timeless Coins on the isle to get the Yu'lon's Bite, but is it any good for Balance Druids?

And if so, is it better then Normal Breath of the Hydra?

Yu'lon's is kind of crap.
Definitely not better than normal Breath.
