Flex raid two handers

I got my second greatsword off Sha of pride tonight, and then got Gar'tok off Gen. Nazgrim. I'd prefer the crit off of greatsword but wanted someone else's opinion before I upgrade either one.

Are you human?

Do you need the expertise?

Are you playing Fury or Arms? (I suspect Fury.)

In general if you don't need the Expertise off the 2hander, you should go with the crit primary stat, which would be the Sword. If you are Human, just go Sword.

Of course Item lvl>all, but them all being the same item level that doesn't factor into this.

I see Gar'tok more like a DK tanking weapon to be honest.

For Fury mastery is almost as valuable as crit (depends on ilvl), while haste is pretty bad. If you can use the expertise the mace might be better, only way to know is to sim both weapons.

I prefer crit but should I use higher ilvl weapons?

Well not until much higher gear levels, which I'm guessing OP doesn't have. For me it's still only .76 v over 1 for crit. TG might inflate mastery value more too, not sure.
