    Combat cleave/aoe

What do you do when there are 2 targets? When should you use blade flurry? fok/ct? Do you ever blade flurry + fok/ct?

if the 2 targets are in cleave range, use Blade Flurry, if they split turn it off and when they come back together turn it back on.

Don't ever FoK with just two targets, in any spec, ever!

I still put on Blade Furry during 2 targets and they are in range of me. You should NEVER be using FoK or CT with only 2 targets. The only time you ever use FoK, is 5+ Targets as Mutilate. For combat, the only time I have used FoK this tier is during one of Garroshs Add Phases where you run down the straight path while your tank picks up the 30+ small adds.

As for CT, I have used it in the past as Mutilate, but my research tells me CT is pointless in all situations UNLESS those adds will be alive for the entire duration.
