TG offhand question

The spirit of my question is: how important is damage on your off hand vs stats.

Here is the specific scenario. Assume fully upgrades to both. Am I better off using an LFR TOT 2h with better stats (mainly crit) or a HScen weapon (higher ilvl and dmg) with hit/exp as the stats. I am already hit/exp capped without the offhand.

Wild Strike is an offhand attack only.
StormBolt hits with the offhand too, as does Whirlwind and Bladestorm.

I think that answers that.

Weapon Damage>Everything.

Doesn't matter if it's main hand or off-hand.

It's worth using an Intellect weapon, if the weapon damage on it is higher then what your current weapon has.

The caveat being most int weapons have really crappy weapon damage so the chance of this actually happening are low.

Although Sarri was more making a point than giving advice on stealing caster weapons.
