is something going on with payment?

I'm a sub, and I bought 17 EUR worth of coins a week ago. I didn't spend them all yet, and I got the coins immediately, but my mastercard (prepaid, but works the same as a regular card) mentions that payment as "not yet processed". meanwhile, my AV subscription (Norton 360, 1 year) which I paid about 2 hours later went through and was mentioned as "paid".

does it normally take this long? The money has been substracted, so that isn't really an issue.
