And you can use auto clicker and set to do that each 3-4 seconds so that's your Prospect All option.

Yes it is but if you use "Consortium key sender" the program will only click every 5 sec if you moving your mouse, and as long as you are at your computer "playing" (moving your mouse) the program is allowed to use by Blizzard.
