It bears some resemblence to KuiNameplates, but the health to the right is not on the screenshots I can see.
Might re-enable it so see if that is an option or not, as I am currently using TidyPlates myself.

Same video. It shifts through the viewpoints of different players (and thus, different UIs), though, so perhaps you just remember looking at a different part of it?

I mentioned in the first post that I was referring to Bnd's (shadow priest) name plates. Does anyone happen to know what they are?
