[Balance] DPS help needed (Have logs)

Currently in need of some help. Have 2 logs over this past week of raiding, some bosses I crush, some I get stomped.

Log 2: http://www.worldoflogs.com/reports/rt-k1jcy3wv5ynl6er7/ - From Spoils-->Garrosh. I died on Thok early (no Brez until late, got low via debuff and then the screech+bleed killed me), Blackfuse I was one of the Belt players.

Currently what I'm noticing right away is my % of damage coming from Starfire vs Starsurge, my starfire damage seems unusually high.

From now on going to be more proactive about switching talents (Ran Inc/HoTW every fight).

run inc/doc if boss has 2 or more targets and fon/hotw if it's pure single target.

Probably because you lost 2p t15, nothing special except aim for using more shooting star procs, you got up to 35% waste(50% on galakras).

I've been noticing since I got bindings, that Inc/HotW seems to do better than FoN. FoN does not benefit at all from the sizable amount of mastery we get from bindings. Dittodroad has a ton of mastery too.

It hurts that you don't have 2 piece T15, but looking at your last tier experience you probably only have normal gear. Guess the stat increase is worth losing the set bonus.

Why in god's name are you doing the belt on Siegecrafter?

Your dot uptime (shouldn't be 5-10% disparity between moonfire and sunfire) is not amazing and your survivability is a little lacking it seems (could be healers, whatever). You have room to improve besides trying to min/max from talents that change your play style. Stick with HotW/Inc till you get more comfortable with the fights. Do not go with DoC with your play style (at least for now).
