We all start somewhere, and honestly, I wasn't aware of what Inner Focus was until heroic ToT fights (Frostbite soaking....zzz). I had COMPLETELY overlooked it.
Good luck with your new team!
You should really be 2 healing most fights and 3 heal the ones where the damage is out of hand. What I mean is many mechanics become easier to heal if you dps is better e.g. Killing adds on nouroshen causes less chance for AoE ticks to go off.
If damage is too high on a lot / all of fights for your group to 2 heal that would indicate people not doing mechanics right. That said it's not impossible to 3 heal the fights obviously as you can kill them just consider some mechanics get easier with more dps.
And a last note which is just on druid healing druids are really efficient at healing if their heals get to tick a lot so 3 healing with a resto druid isn't optimal maybe try 2 healing with the pally and Rdruid and the priest as shadow and see how it goes.
Your Brewmaster Monk is keeping a poor shuffle uptime. He had 76% on one protectors kill I checked (and less on other fights) which means that he had 20% less parry and ~at least 40% burst damage mitigation for a decent portion of the fight. He's using BoF single target (DPS, mitigation loss) and occasionally AOE (which is OK if you have the shuffle time to spare but he does not). He's missing a couple Keg Smashes, it's an extremely important skill and needs to be used on CD- pool energy so you have enough to use it once it comes off cooldown.
Looking at his gemming, he's gemmed mastery/stam. A lot of monks see those at the top end of progression gemming mastery but in 10M normal, bosses simply don't hit hard enough to make it a good choice. Also, I'm a full 20 ilvl higher and have less base health than him! The best stat to gem would be crit to increase his DPS and uptime of elusive brew, and he should reforge out of mastery in favour of haste and crit. If he's having trouble maintaining the shuffle buff then it's OK to run more haste (some people like as much as 8k) even though it's not as good a stat as crit.
e: took a quick look at DK.
He does pretty well and it shows. The only things I'd say are to perhaps space out usage of VB/Trinket/BS a little more, but it's possible that on the occasions he used them together he was spiking. On fights where he isn't actively tanking something and hence can use BS much better he needs to remember to actually refresh it when it falls off. To increase his DPS he should use Soul Reaper MUCH more when the boss is below 35%- it does much more damage than heart strike. Tell him to get a non-intrusive aura to show this (if he's using default bars or bars that dont rename buttons, then http://www.wowinterface.com/download...oulReaper.html is good, it lights up the button- not sure if it still works this patch but I assume so).
He might want to pick up some DPS trinkets to use on the fights that don't challenge him surivability-wise. If he has DPS trinkets like the primordius, ji-kun or horridon one those are solid choices. Give him a pat on the back.

I know you're not asking about this specifically in your post, but I just wanted to give my input on your healing done. Playing a holy paladin myself in heroic content, I see a few things your holy pala can do differently. Addressing your worries about Nazgrim and the bosses after him, I think you could gain a lot by going with two healers instead of three, as it will boost your DPS tremendously. This of course requires that they play, gem and use abilities optimally.
First off is gemming. Healing is about going with what your comfortable with, and what suits your healing style, but I think the spirit stacking he's doing right now could prove to be a problem later on. I would instead stack a bit more of mastery in my gems if I were him. I myself am going with 15k spirit unbuffed in 554 gear, and I'm contemplating dropping even lower. Maybe he could do that as well? It's all about striking that balance
Also, I see him using Light of Dawn and Eternal Flame pretty equally. General rule is that, while Light of Dawn certainly is decent for many situations, Eternal Flame is much, much better even after the 'nerf'. Especially in 10m.
To fuel those abilities he needs holy power, though, and he's not generating that optimally. On your Protectors kill he only got 33 Holy Shock off in 8 minutes. Optimally, in that timespan, he should be able to get off 81. That's ALOT of holy power, and ALOT of wasted healing (I know you wont get ALL off on CD, but you could expect him to double that number, I think).
Also, another thing he could do, that he is currently not doing, is using Crusader Strike to generate holy power. You wont get one every time, but if you are in melee of anything, its an easy way to crank up dat healing.
That's it Hopefully it will be of some help.
Your hunter Ristex is severly underperforming.
I found a log for Juggernaut, which is closes to patchwerk fight in SoO. He was doing like 3-5% more DPS than me, while having 20ilvl more. Your hunter with lower ilvl is doing much better overall.
Advise Ristex to get Glyph of Detterance, so he can soak stuff like mines on Juggernaut.
Would be best if your hunter Pilbogn gave a few pointers to Ristex.
There is this tool: http://raidbots.com/comparebot/ you can use it to compare two of the same class for the same fight to see the difference in performance
I did a quick compare for Ristex and myself (my kill is on Flex and at 522ilvl at that fight):
He seems to have died twice on that fight?
