How to find out who left guild when offline

So usually when I go offline, we lose some members each night. Was wondering if there was a log or something that tells you whos left when you are offline?

Under the guild tab go to info and hit View Log, it should show the people that have joined, left, kicked, demoted, and promoted.

Check Curse.com as there are a couple of addons that will let you know changes to your guild

Just don't bug people that quit, beg them to return, or worse insult them for leaving.
As long as players are happy and enjoy the game, the team doesn't mind extreme peaks and valleys. They just want to ensure you have a great experience and feel like you got your money's worth.
If you truly believe that, Blizzard, show me you mean it. Because WoD didn't show me.

Just curious, why does it matter that someone left? I'm assuming you're not a raiding guild otherwise you would be able to tell who left by looking at your guild listing. Most "casual" guilds lose people all the time to raiding guilds. Its the nature of MMOs that have endgame. If you can't provide a service to a guild member, they will seek it elsewhere.
